What is Fit for Working?
Fit for Working is a program to support individuals with autism to develop workplace
skills, whilst providing a platform for employers to engage exceptionally trained and
uniquely qualified individuals as part of a bigger vision to give all individuals the rights
to work and develop independence.
Our Mission Statement reads:
Fit for Working engages with extraordinary employers to transform the working
abilities of individuals on the autism spectrum through the use of proven
methodologies to provide opportunities to build independence and create life
choices.
